Casual Friday & Giveaway

Friday, May 9, 2014

Hey all!

I hope this week was a great one! I have some really cool news. I am almost to 5000 views on my blog!!! It'really exciting and a huge accomplishment. It is also my blog's birthday on the 30th. I can't believe I have been a blogger for a year. To me  it is an amazing feeling and a real accomplishment to have this blog still up and running and hopefully it runs for more years to come.

So because of both of these exciting news I will be having a giveaway YAY! First giveaway I have ever had on here which I think is pretty cool and appropriate for the occasion. I will announce on Facebook and Twitter as well as on here when the giveaway will start and end and what I will be giving out!

Today was a super casual dress because I wanted to be comfortable and also play with some pattern. So I paired my stripe shirt with my pointed toe leopard flats. I really wanted some color and I was feeling the cobalt pants and loved the way this outfit turned out!

Enjoy!

Layering

Thursday, December 5, 2013

Hey all!

It is currently 39 degrees in Arizona today and the high will be 54 DEGREES!! Oh my goodness... So it is a layer day for me.

I love layering collard shirts like gingham and polkadot shirts and chambray with large sweaters or long sleeve shirts. Put a statement necklace or even a big chunky scarf if I am super cold like today.

Here are some Pinterest photos! Showing some layer examples in the first one.
Enjoy!
Xoxo,

Malori

1) First off look how comfy those socks look! I love love love pairing flannel with big sweaters on top. The watch also completes the outfit.

2) I absolutely love this combo of distressed jeans and sweater/flannel. Even if it doesn't match the colors and pattern can still work together and this definitely does!

3) This makes me want some black boots really bad. The black jeans go great with the purple. I like the scarf and nailpolish. It's very warm and almost vampy looking.
