Thankful For...

Hey all!

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I had such an amazing time with family and it was incredibly too short. My boyfriend came to visit my family and I and we had a great time. He met some of my best friends we saw Moana and it was SO GOOD. I loved it so much I had to get the soundtrack and the Pentatonix Christmas album as well. My family and I already finished decorating our house with the christmas tree and lights and decor around the whole house.

Then my sister, boyfriend, best friend, and I all went Black Friday shopping.  I finished my Christmas shopping and we got Dutch Bros which I have never had it before. We then went to this retro breakfast place and it was such good food and I actually ran into an old friend while we were out. Then a few days later I went and saw Hacksaw Ridge with one of my other friends and it made me soooo emotional it was so good but we needed something funny after something so heartbreaking so we went back to her house to watch Bad Moms. Finally I went with my boyfriend to his family's house and they made homemade tamales. They were all really nice people and I had a great time. I had a great time all break and enjoyed the time with family and friends.

This outfit is so comfortable. I love the neutrals and how my hat just pops out and makes the whole outfit. I love this skirt and it is just so comfortable and soft. I had to add in my scarf with the hat so it would make everything flow. Finally having a few bracelets, add my cliche Starbucks cup, and fringe booties. If you're wondering what my favorite drink is at the moment it is the Caramel Brulee Late. TRY IT!

I hope you enjoyed this outfit!

#FallFrugalFun

Hey all!

I hope you are enjoying your holiday's already I know that I am. I am ready to start eating some stuffing, turkey, and some potatoes. But most of all Thanksgiving is probably my favorite holiday to spend with family and friends. And it is so easy to have fun in inexpensive ways.

Some budget friendly ways that I spend time with my family this holiday is we love playing board games. Whether it be Mouth Gaurd, Jin, Apples to Apples, or Dominoes. We are always gathered together laughing, telling stories, and making tons of memories. If you don't like board games then going to your nearest park and playing some touch football or even going to play mini put put. All of these could be some fun inexpensive ways to spend your holiday! This year we also are using this company called Dream Dinners and they prepare the food for you and you either go in and put it together in bags with a friend or family member and then you can make it at home in less than 15 to 30 minutes. It is inexpensive and saves you money from having to go to the store and pick up a million things you may not even use.

If you need help budgeting I love using Personal Capital's financial software tool. It is a financial software tool that helps you track your personal finances. This way you don't break the bank this holiday and keep on track with your christmas present buying! Click here is you would love to learn more and share the hashtag #FallFrugalFun and tell me about your favorite inexpensive things you do this fall and for Thaknsgiving.

My outfit is also semi on budget. I like to dress up for Thanksgiving but not go out of my way. I fell in love with this pumpkin colored shirt SCREAMS fall. Then I wanted a small edge so I added my liduid leather leggings, and softened the outfit with my ash brown booties. I finished it off with some gold accessories and one of my favorite colorblocked bags from DSW.

Have a wonderful and safe Turkey Day!

The Minimalists Black Ripped Jeans

Friday, November 18, 2016

Hey all!

It is finally the weekend! It has been a rather long and stressful week. Which isn't surprising since next week is Thanksgiving and my boyfriend is flying out to visit my family and I. I cannot tell you how excited and ready I am for a small break from school. You may notice a big change on my blog as I am changing the whole theme and I will address that in my next post I promise!

I am rather excited because I finally bought a pair of ripped black jeans. I am very very very picky about rips. Because I have a long torso and shorter legs jeans hit me rather weird sometimes. So the rips will land on weird places and make me look shorter than I am which is 5'9'. I did find these ones from Rue 21+ and I cannot sop wearing them and I have so many outfits planned.

Today's outfit is rather casual and neutral. This one is for the minimalist out there when they just need to go go go and don't have too much time to worry about if it matches. I am in love with this top and all tops that have the fabric across the chest. I paired it with one of my favorite cardigans from Maurices. Then some sandals since it is still cool enough for that and a few bracelets to call it good.

Enjoy!

Hey all!

I have been seeing a lot of posts about popular trends or even wish lists for this fall. So I decided I wanted to talk about some of my favorite things that I have seen trending during the season. To be honest most of these are even on my "to get & blog" list.

Pumpkin Patch

Saturday, November 12, 2016

Hey all!

I hope you're enjoying your 3 day weekend! I have gotten to spend some quality time with my friends which has been much needed after the past 3 weeks. I only have a month left of the semester and Thanksgiving is in a week and a half. Everything is moving SO fast guys. Which I won't complain about because it gives me an excuse to make more fall/winter outfits!

I have always wanted to go to a pumpkin patch and take those cliche photos I see every blogger post about how the weather/leaves are changing... Meanwhile I live in Arizona and that just doesn't happen. We may have pretty sunsets and mountains but we do not have "fall" or a "winter" since it doesn't really get that cold here.

Regardless I really wanted to take some photos with pumpkins. Bless my mother for being patient with me and taking these photos for me. I ended up not going inside the pumpkin patch because I had to drive back to Tucson. But I am living for this blanket scarf and wearing it as a shawl. Those of you may know that I recently had to get glasses and I don't typically wear them because I am very limited in my editing abilities and can never get that glare off them. Plus I want to show off my eye makeup!

I hope you enjoy this outfit! It is definitely one of my favorites!

Cold Shoulder Tops ft. Lovesick

Friday, November 4, 2016

Hey all,

Thank goodness it is Friday finally!! I hope you guys had a great Halloween. I went with friends to raise awareness for UNICEF and I dressed as Jess from New Girl. I had a great time and we got free donuts! The rest of my week has been really long and I had so many exams and tests happening. I am so ready for a break and for colder weather. It is finally under 85 degrees and getting cooler.

I am sad Halloween is over but we are so close to Thanksgiving and Christmas I can hardly stand it! If you didn't know already those are my favorite holiday's just because of all the time I get to spend with my family and the weather and the layering. So this will hopefully be my last post of me transitioning clothing and it will finally be cool enough for me to layer and do fall outfits!

I love this cold shoulder top from Lovesick. I love how they look on my shoulders. Especially if you are self conscious and don't like tank tops then this is a great happy middle for you. I also have been loving ripped jeans but these ones the holes just keep getting bigger and bigger so that's the only downside. Then I paired some neutrals with it and just love this outfit! Perfect transition into fall!

Enjoy!

Malori
