Hey all!
I feel like every season I end up hanging on a certain color. During Spring it was blush tones, during the summer I wore lots of blue, and for this fall my spotlight color is going to be.... *drum roll*... PURPLE!
I have been wearing it more often since August and buying more shades of purple from a light antique purple, deep wine, and even lilacs. I also just bought this purple blanket scarf that I can't wait to wear.

Hey all!
It is officially September. I have broken out my fall candles/sprays and even ordered a new blanket scarf. Even though it's still in the 90s here in AZ and probably won't be cooling down until end of October, it doesn't mean I can't cheat the system! Even though it is still rather hot here I usually cheat and wear summer items with my fall items until I can fully transition into cardigans, boots, and sweaters. Here are just a few tips I find helpful:

Hey all!
I have already put up my back to school backpack essentials a few weeks ago. Which is super close to what I have in my backpack this year. But I decided to do a back to campus look of what I normally wear to my classes. Plus showing off my backpack! I was planning on doing a flatlay of all my items but decided not to since you guys already know from the other post what I have. If you want me to go over what I have in my backpack then I totally can just comment below!
School starts on Monday for me! I am excited for this year to start with my new adult job and my last year and semester of school left. I think everyone their senior year or last stretch they are just ready to already graduate. Which is totally me right now, I am so ready to be done and out in the world with a degree!
Anyway, so usually when I am on campus I wear a college t-shirt and jeans/shorts and birkenstocks. Since I am sitting for so long I just want to be comfy. But for this post, I usually wear something a little nicer now since I am coming and going from my job. I opt for a bralette and a cotton tee that has some time of criss crosses on it. With some distressed jeans, these light wash with distressed cuffs is my favorite. I have these rose gold birks and then my initial necklace.
Hope you enjoy!

Hey all!
I can't believe I start senior year in a week and a new job on Wednesday. Everything is happening so fast and it is exciting! I can't wait to have a great year full of change and lots of new memories.
I already got my planner and backpack and all my things for my classes. I'll be doing a separate post of where I got everything on Wednesday. But I wanted just new/different everything because I just needed fresh start at this new school to finish strong.
Moving on to this outfit, it has become my go to outfit to wear this summer when I have run out of ideas. I got this dress from Rue 21+ when tie-dye became a thing for 5 min again. But honestly, I love tie-dye so much I used to wear tie-dye shirts all the time when I was younger. So go figure at 21 I wear tie-dye dresses now.
I also found the PERFECT ripped jean jacket & it's cropped which is great. I love putting it into my outfits to make it edgier and less put together. I found these shoes at DSW on super sale and they are the most comfortable heels I have ever owned. I can wear them for hours. Then I put my favorite hat on and jewelry from Francesca's.
Tempe Photographer Rylie took these photos for me. You should checkout her page here. I can't wait to collab with her again. I hope you enjoyed this outfit!

Hey all!
Today's post is gonna be a little more personal than most. I came across Dia&Co talking about confidence and stepping out of your comfort zone by trying fashion styles you might be too afraid of.
Dia&Co is a monthly subscription service box where you get a curated box of fashionable clothes from a stylist that works with you to cater to your specific style! Not only do they challenge each other and their clients to not feel like they are stuck in a box of certain clothing they are allowed to wear, they have challenged me as well. I decided to share with you an outfit that is outside of my comfort zone.
When facing my fashion fears and wearing something that I might be too afraid of I couldn't think of anything at first. It is rare for me to find a clothing trend I don't try because I don't think I can rock it. But when I thought about it some more I realized that there is a lot I haven't tried or that I won't because it might make other people stare at me in a way that is judgmental.
When I was in high school I would never wear something like this let alone buy it from a store. I wore the same 5/6 styles of clothing and I never wore anything too revealing until maybe this past year. I would wear anything that hid my curves and was flowy or baggy enough to not show my stomach. The older I got the more daring my style has become and the more my confidence has grown because of testing my own limits of what makes me comfortable.
I chose to wear something really form fitting. That hugs all my curves that I used to hate but I now have accepted them as a part of me and want to show them off proudly! I found this dress from GS Lovesme and knew it was perfect with this post. It is off the shoulder which is great because I love my shoulders. I paired it with a statement necklace, agate stone bracelet, and some fun tassel earrings. I pulled my hair back because my shoulders were the focus and put on some laser cut heels to finish the whole outfit.
I really enjoyed doing this post and hope to do more like this in the future!

Hey all!
I hope your first week of school(if you have started or are about to start) is fabulous! Last week wasn't my favorite but hey, we all have bad weeks and this week is a new one I am going to make a positive one to the best of my ability!
I plan on doing a full post on a back to school outfit paired with my own personal backpack essentials. I just have to find the time to drive to my college's campus and make sure the photos are good enough to share on here. So be patient with me it is coming!
In the meantime, this post is just a flatlay of my back to school essentials for this year. I really loved doing this last year I feel like was something you guys really enjoyed and liked. So I decided to do it again!

Hey all!
IT'S BACK TO SCHOOL TIME!
I have several back-to-school posts in mind to help give you some idea's of what to wear, what should be in your school bag as a college student, and even transitioning to fall weather.
But for now, let's focus on this outfit. For me, this is a more casual outfit that I would wear to school or even to hang out with friends or wear to work. I would switch out my heels for sandals or even some rose gold Birkenstocks. Whatever you think is comfortable to wear all day to school. During the school year, I mostly like to wear comfy clothes but fashionable. So lots of bralettes and soft knit tees and cut off jean shorts with minimal jewelry. I hate sweating so much and feeling like I am choking by my statement necklaces or bracelets so I just stick to one necklace and some studs.
I found this dress at Francesca's and it fits like a glove. I also love the color for transitioning into fall. It's only $44 and if you like the soft material and cut then you could buy another for 50% off since they're doing BOGO50. To help make this look less made up I tied a maroon/purple flannel around my waist.
I paired it with a black bralette which peeks through perfectly with the halter of the dress. I found these heels at DSW and they are honestly the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I can work a 5hr shift and not have to change into sandals. I also paired my other Sugarfix earrings I got and a purple pendant together. And you can't see but my watch has purple elephants in it and I am obsessed.
There you have it! This is my back to school outfit and I can't wait to do some more!

Hey all!
So this week my boyfriend is visiting me and we have a whole weekend of fun planned together. I'll probably be posting about it on Instagram and other media's. Yesterday we caught up with another friend of mine and went to this amazing donut place called the Fractured Prune if you're in the Glendale area you need to try it.
I got a few items to do some full outfit posts in certain brands clothes to focus more on them and what I think about their clothes. Today's post is about this company I came across called GS Love on Instagram from some other plus size bloggers. So I decided I wanted to do a post on this shirt (its sold out now so I linked something similar!) and shorts as soon as I saw them I knew exactly the outfit I had in mind.
At first, I was really worried about sizing and when I am ordering from someplace new I have to take into account the make of the clothing and the reviews on items. In my opinion, I think some of the more chiffon type material is true to size if not a size smaller. So you won't have much wiggle room, and I'd get a size bigger for those type of blousy materials. But the more soft shirts or tee's they are true to size and roomy even. These shorts were a little tight but I like that they don't move and they're so soft and comfy.
I did buy a dress from them I plan on wearing soon as well. But overall I really liked a lot of their items on their website. They are so colorful and fun and way outside of my comfort zone which is perfect. I can't wait to try more! Stay tuned for the next post on GS Love!

Hey all!
I am beyond excited to share these photos that fellow Tempe photographer Rylie captured of me. Her post on this collab is linked here! We got lucky and found this amazing background to play with all the color I was wearing.
Something her and I always try to work at when going out on a shoot is to find something that will compliment what I am wearing and try to bring forward that color or focus on the piece. We ended up spending the whole day together and it was too much fun.
I am FINALLY wearing some SugarFix earrings by Bauble Bar. I have been wanting to buy some of their products for months when it launched at Target but the one by my house never has any. And I found these shoes on clearance at Target that is similar to these ones floating around the blog-o-sphere.
I hope you love this collab! Stay tuned for more projects with the talented Rylie!

Hey all!
So sorry for the small absence! I had a few things I needed to take care of first so my blogging and taking photos kinda got put on the back burner.
I know I owe the winner of the giveaway some recognition as well. I already emailed and sent out the winner their prize, Haley thank you so much for the love and support and thank you to everyone else who entered.
In fact, I am showing off one of the prizes. was this bracelet from BohoBetty. It is one of my favorite bracelet collections and they have tons more like this one. They are super high quality and I just can't stop wearing them. Use my code MALORISCLARK to get 20% off your order if you do happen to find something you like.
I don't normally wear blue but I have wanted to wear an outfit like this for awhile now. I love the blue and neutral brown tones mixed together. It's very classy and seamlessly put together. I have a few more outfits perfect for summer that I can't wait to talk about. Including doing a segment on what to wear to certain events! I also have a few collabs not just on here but on my instagram (@malorisclark) as well so make sure you tune in because some of the products are AMAZING!
Enjoy this outfit!

Hey all!
I hope your weekend was long and spent by the pool! Because mine was well spent with some amazing friends. I got to celebrate a birthday with a good friend on Friday, then had a pool day on Saturday, but on Sunday I got to see one of my oldest friends.
But most importantly I am really excited to announce this collab with Rylie. She is a photographer in Tempe and extremely talented. Her site is here and she already has some of her projects up. I am an incredibly proud of her work and a humble friend lucky to collaborate with her.
We ended up getting lunch and catching up like no time has passed. We ended up exploring and finding some fun buildings to shoot at. I am excited for more photos with her in the future!
Her photos of me are also here on her site and she has tons more to go through. I definitely recommend her she has a great eye and is easy to work with if you're looking for someone to take your photos this summer!
Enjoy!

I am currently on a vacation with my family but I am going to be posting on here and Instagram throughout before my 4-year anniversary post on the 30th. AND my giveaway will be starting on that day too!
I got my hair done by an old friend the other day and I absolutely love it. She always does such a great job so if you're in the Phoenix area then you need to see her. The reason I got my hair done (besides it being overdue for a color) This week I am traveling with my family for our annual lake trip. I am so excited and ready for a break to just relax and breath! I love my job but I went from full-time school to working 30+ hours and have been sick for 2 weeks. So this is much needed to recuperate. Plus I get to hang out with my family and boyfriend for a week soaking up some sun and swimming!
For today's outfit, I have been wanting to put this spring outfit together for forever. I love this pink/navy floral off-the-shoulder shirt. I paired it with some white jeans to make it bright! I also just got my wish list shoes by Steve Madden!!!! They are incredibly comfortable and I will never stop wearing them.
Enjoy!

Malori

Hey all!
I hope you are having a great weekend! I went home and visited my family and only have 2 weeks and 2 finals left with school. I can't wait to be done and be on summer break working my new job. It has been a rough semester, to say the least, and I am very thankful for the support system I have gained!
Now, this outfit is inspired by one of my California trip outfits. I had a different top on but I really like this one from Rue 21. I am wearing my favorite black jeans. I wear them all the time and I don't care how hot it is. I also am wearing my favorite bracelet from Boho Betty! They are doing 40% off this weekend and you could get my bracelet or one in a different color or they have many other collections! Click this link here and then use the code SUPER40 to save money.
I have to mention these gorgeous rose gold and blush sunnies. My friend (credit to her) bought them first and I love them to death. I got them from this site called JoJo Direct. They have a lot of things but their sunglasses are gorgeous. I do not have a code from them but I recommend signing up with an email will save you some money!
Enjoy!

Can we just talk about what I wore to Easter for a moment? Because I bought this dress from Old Navy's plus size site and I am absolutely in love with it. I have wanted a chambray dress for spring for a while and this one has scalloped hem and laser cutouts & off the shoulder perfect for spring.
Old Navy has been killing it for Spring fashion!! I think I am going to do a post on ONLY Old Navy clothes for Spring. I also got my booties from Old Navy. The laser cutouts and an open toe make it breathable for that Spring/Summer weather. They're also extremely comfortable. I have some other classic Spring trend outfits I want to do soon and give my version or take on them!
I am wearing one of my favorite bracelets from Boho Betty in this photo. It's called the Red Sea Tassel and they have a few different colors on their website and I want them ALL. Click here if you want to see more from them and use the code MALORISCLARKFIRST for some money off your order! I love this company and the jewelry they offer is super high quality I can't wait to buy and talk about more of their products.
Enjoy!

Hey all!
I realized I never got the chance to talk about my Spring Break trip with my best friend!
A few weeks ago I got the chance to take a trip with one of my close friends since high school. We went for two days and the first day was spent driving. Which wasn't that bad at all. We had a few wrong directions but that's okay because it was an adventure! We listened to some classic songs from the late 80s-early 00s. Once we got there and checked in we immediately got into our suits and went to the beach before it got dark.
It was super peaceful and we brought a small speaker to play some music, brought a few books, and prayed the birds wouldn't poop on us. Later that night we went to get dinner and drinks at Yard House and just walked around.
The next day we got up early for breakfast and headed down for a longer day at Mission Beach. That water was FREEZING. I don't recommend getting in it in March because my friend and I couldn't feel our bodies. I also always burn so I put on a ton of sunscreen and even reapplied and guess who still got burned? ME! We then went and dried off and decided to walk around and looked at the boardwalk and I ended up getting a shirt and a few things for some friends. We saw this huge waffle cone store and ended up getting some ice cream.
After that, we decided to drive/walk around and look for a place to eat. Went to this place called Duck Dives (love the name) and tried some fun foods. It was an open front bar and had a cool atmosphere. Then that was the last thing we did and started making the long trek home.
Overall we had such an amazing bonding experience and just an incredible time. It was fun to get away for a few days and relax. I put all the info from my outfits and items I am wearing down below. If I didn't list something go ahead and comment and I can tell you! I will be doing two posts soon on a swimsuit look and of the outfit I wore out with a better quality camera!
I hope you enjoyed!

Hey all!
As you can see I got a haircut! It was much needed and I like the length when I curl it is always perfect. I love my hairstylist Lyndsey is great and she colored my hair a few weeks ago too. She is in Phoenix at Comb Sweet Comb if you live nearby I definitely recommend her. I am also back in Tucson now and classes will be starting soon which I am not too excited about. All my classes will be grueling so I am a tad nervous about that. And I could use at least one more week of break!
I have been looking into plus size boutique stores, and even just different plus size stores in general. I feel like its easy to get stuck in your circle of stores you shop at because you are familiar with them or they're popular brand. But I want to branch out and try other brands and stores and thats how I found this vest. Which has quickly become one of my favorite things in my wardrobe. I found this site called Curvy Sense and its not super cheap and whenever you're buying from a new online store you have to be careful because you have no idea how its made or the material or if they are true to size. but the material is really nice quality I am really impressed and I can tell it's going to last me awhile.
Tomorrow is my birthday!! I feel so old and I don't really have much planned but I am gonna take a few days to readjust to my school/work schedule and then post maybe on Friday. I have something special to post about because I got this sewing machine from Christmas and I made a shirt and I am quite proud of it. So I will be styling it and posting about it!
I hope you enjoyed this outfit!

Hey all!
Last week my family and I went on a small day trip up north to Flagstaff. It actually snows there and its colder than in Phoenix and we wanted to go play in the snow! So we looked up some places to go and found this one called Fort Tuthill. They have different levels of hills you can sled down and provide tubes for you to use. Theres food trucks inside the park and they have little play stations with open areas for snowball fights and snowmen making.
My sister, mom, and I went down all the hills at least once and we held on to each others tubes and laughed the whole way down. My sister ended up taking a few videos and they are hilarious. I had such an amazing time with my family we ended up doing a little shopping around downtown area and grabbed lunch. Overall it was a fun trip and I hope we get to do it again next year.
I ended up getting my sister to take some photos of me in the snow. Which are so cute if I do say so myself. She did a great job and we had some fun taking them. My brother was trying to "help" by throwing snow on me. It never snows and its not cold enough to do layered outfits so this was my chance!
Enjoy!

Hey all!
Happy New Year!!!! I hope everyone had a safe and fun time the other night because I know I did. One of my longtime friends and I got all dressed up and went to dinner. Which was so good I had this shrimp stuffed with lobster and mashed potatoes. After that we went back to her house to celebrate with her mom. Then we went to a few parties and just had the best time with the people there playing games, dancing, and watching the ball drop. I had such a great time and I am so excited for this new year!
I have been waiting to post these photos ever since my sister took them. She did such a great job. I have been wearing this scarf nonstop all winter break and will not apologize for it. This outfit is very minimilist and simple. I sticked to making the scarf the focus and having black outfit background with gold jewelry accents. These brown booties also have been my go to with this scarf. Overall I am just in love with this outfit.
I actually got this scarf from Screaming Owl and their site is really cute because you can do a solo scarf or you can do matching scarf with your friend as a gift or one for your daughter if you wanna match with her. The scarf is long and thick and the material is soooo soft so it has definitely been keeping me warm. Winter break is almost over for me since this is my last week and I am sad I won't have my sister's photography skills! Just kidding I will miss her and my family and then it's back to the real world.
Enjoy!

Malori

Hey all!
I hope you are having a great weekend. I just finished running my errands, I got brunch at my favorite breakfast place with a friend, and then I am searching for a holiday dress for a special post. Brunch was much deserved because I just finished 3 big final projects and my hardest final. I have been struggling with this class all year. And it is the most satisfying thing when all your hard work pays off.
I only have one final left and then this semester will officially be over. Guys in all honesty 2016 has not been the best year for me. It has been a struggle and I am extremely thankful for a new year and fresh start. I am also excited to go home and see family and just have a break from school. It is nice being closer and I get to go home more often but between school and work I am mostly stuck at my apartment. But this is my favorite time of year for hot chocolate, family time, and watching White Christmas.
Next week I am doing a post strictly about my lazy holiday plans, wear, and my decor in my apartment. Keep your eyes peeled out for it. But this week I wore this outfit for my works party and I loved it and got so many compliments I knew I had to blog it. I paired my camo button down with a black sheer top and gold studded detail. I also wore my FAVORITE black ripped jeans. I seriously can't stop wearing them. Then I added some gold details for jewelry and decided on my brown booties. Overall I really like how seamless the outfit is and just flows well together.
Enjoy!
