Since I have been back home for the summer working and setting up my new space I thought it would be fun to brainstorm some decorating ideas! Now I have a small office space in my room that I share with my mom. So I don't want it to be cluttered but I also don't want too little where it is boring.

So I came up with a few ideas that hopefully help you find the perfect gift or even last minute gift for someone special in your life!

Take Me Out To The Ballgame

Hey all!

For summer there is just nothing better than a hot dog and a lemonade and cheering on your favorite team at a baseball game. I typically would wear a pair of shorts and a team shirt and some converse but I think wearing a plain ole' striped dress with a chambray tied around my waist, some delicate jewelry, converse and a ball cap is the way to go.

Backpack Essentials

Hey all!

I thought since first days of school are coming up pretty soon I would post about some must haves for a first day of college.

I wish I would of had someone prepare me for my first day with all the essentials you really need. Usually you are in classes all day with not really a spare moment to go back to your room and get some chapstick or a snack or your headphones.

Valentine's: Fancy & Casual

Hey all!

Sorry I haven't posted all week I promise to do a few this week to make up for it! I just had a muscle spasm in my back. But I am all better now thank goodness because it was scary. I hope you guys are having a great weekend! Mine was a three day which was much needed after this back injury.

3 Outfits For Christmas Eve

Hey all!

Hope you are enjoying the holidays and being with your family. I know I am! I have been working a bunch so I haven't quite had the time to do a outfit post but tomorrow I have to show you guys these new boots I got as a early Christmas gift!



Casual Outfit-
I wanted to put something together that was still casual but fun for Christmas Eve. A fun sweater and some light colored jeans definitely did just that. I paired it with some black moccasins and a black lace headband to make it a little less casual if you do end up going out.






Semi-Nice Outfit-
I couldn't help but put together one of my favorite outfits. Flannel and a full skater skirt. I just love the way it looks. The putting some arm candy and a statement necklace to make the look fancier. And who could forget some nice black pumps to complete the look.







Nice Outfit-
Finally here is this gorgeous outfit if you're going to a nice dinner. A beautiful red dress and some sparkly jewels and studded shoes will dress up the look considerably.

Gift Guide: For Her & Him

Hey all!

Thought I would do another blog post this season about some fifty ideas you could do on your significant other!

For the women:

Makeup brishes or this super cute makeup bag that's really sassy are always winners. We can never have enough makeup brushes. Or shoes for that matter. Moccasins are always nice to just skip on and off around the house and out doing shopping. The perfect statement necklace or even some holiday inspired earrings are always great presents. Finally we love to smell good and keep our hems sing like the holidays. Bath & Body Works candles and their holiday fragrances are a must.

For the men:

You guys could have matching moccasins how cute would that be? Granted he would only wear them for you around the house so no one else can see. A nice collared shirt and tie for those date nights where you really want to go to a new restaurant and he just wants to watch the game. Even a nice watch or a built in charger to a phone case are easy wrappers.

Hope you got some ideas for your hubby's/girlfriend/boyfriend/siblings/etc.. For these vastly approaching holidays.

Dressing Up A Basic Tee

Hey all!

Hope you had a wonderful holiday! I know I did but boy was it a short one.

Thought I would do a little post on 3 ways to dress up your favorite graphic tee you own. These are just a few ways but there is so much more you can do with it as well.

Here is the first way you can dress up a basic tee. By putting some type of floral or pattern with your shirt to brighten the look up with lots of color! Tucking the shirt into the skirt is classy and looks kept together.

Next I wanted to make the look a little fancier but still casual to go out. A statement necklace is perfect to do that. With your favorite pair of jeans, tote, and loafers you are ready for a day grocery shopping!

Finally an outfit you can wear to work or to dinner with your best friends. I liked putting some type of texture in there with the leather/suede booties and then some paneling on the leggings. Adding a dash of cod with this chic blazer to finish it off!

Moving Out

Hey all!

Just wanted to show you a few things I have picked up for college already. I bought this bedding from Target and love it. Mine has grey sheets and they're so soft!

I can't wait to set everything up and take photos!!!  I also have tons of decor and hang up things to put up. I really liked this etsy one about music. :)
