Hey all!

 Happy 4th Of July!!!!!!! I always love this holiday. It makes you appreciate where you live when there are are so many strict rules going on in other places. I just finished this movie last night called Argo that Ben Affleck was in. Fantastic movie. For those of you who don't know the movie here is a synopsis. "Acting under the cover of a Hollywood producer scouting a location for a science fiction film, a CIA agent launches a dangerous operation to rescue six Americans in Tehran during the U.S. hostage crisis in Iran in 1980." - IMDb. I thought the acting was very good! I thought it was a wonderful movie that portrayed a true event. There is cursing and it is rated R so fair warning.

Wet Seal Review

Hey all! 

Here is my small review on Wet Seal's Plus line that they have recently made. I have finally got my hands on a few items. *I am not sponsored by Wet Seal or any company to do this. All opinions are my own and no one else. I am not paid to say any of this.* Now that that is out of the way. I ordered this shirt and skirt to go with it. Also bought another skirt ( the black skater skirt with the bow on the front) and a graphic shirt that has an Eiffel Tower on it and gold specks. 

As soon as I got the package I fell in love with each item. My only complaint is I wish I would have bought a bigger size in the bow skirt and graphic shirt because they're both cotton so I know they are going to shrink. Plus they run a tad smaller so a bigger size would have been a little loose but I like to be able to have some room in my clothes. Also, my floral crop top is not the same color as shown in the picture on the website. It is 10X brighter than that photo. I thought the coral would be a softer shade but none the less I still love the shirt. I still love all of things I bought and can't wait to get more things later on! Let me know if this was helpful to you! If you plan on buying items from Wet Seal I definitely recommend researching the material, and looking at reviews if the item has any. Because most likely the shirts you'll want to go up a size since they run a little small.

Fancy Chic

Hey all!

 I don't know about you guys but I can't believe June is pretty much over and July is taking full swing. But that is okay with me because I am totally ready for school to start and making some fun memories in college. I am interested to see how college changes and transforms me as a person. Only because I have friends who have done a 180 on a maturity level ( in a good way).

 Also if you guys like sci-fi/action/thriller/comic-book/etc movies as much as I do then you know Transformers is out!!!! My brother, sister, and I will be seeing it this week and I am hoping its better then the others because I didn't care for Megan Fox and Shia LaBouf in the other movies. Let me know if you like the movie if you have seen it already! 

Today's outfit I wanted to incorporate bits of color to semi-casual dress that is just black and white and some creme oxfords. I added a pink necklace to really put the rest of the outfit together and it makes my lace flowers on my dress stand out even more. I also added some feather earrings to make it a little more chic and relaxed.

Cobalt & Bows

Hey all! 

So my initial reaction for the day wen I walked outside... It's hot. IT IS SO HOT. A scarf was not the right choice for the day.

 But I do not wear this one enough. Probably because I don't have a lot of cobalt or blue's in my closet. I have only worn this scarf about 4 times maybe? And I got it last summer in San Francisco at this tattoo parlor. It is literally so soft and gorgeous. I love the feathers all over the scarf and that that it has different shades of blue including the cobalt!!! I had to pair the scarf with my favorite shirt from Stylzoo and my new skirt that I will be reviewing from Wet Seal soon.

 I also can not wait to see my sister because she comes home from camp today! I also get to close at work for the first time tonight. That will be fun because I have been told that people come in in the last hour to 30 minutes before we close.

Festival Wear

Hey all! 

Thought I would talk about some festival and Coachella things that have been super popular to wear. I have been wanting to post about an outfit but I didn't own anything that really was popular. Now I do! I finally got some of my items from Wet Seal I am going to review and post about in the next few days. I love this shirt from Wet Seal. It is super flowy and breezy for the summer heat when you're out ALL day and hot. It also happens to be floral and cropped and lets face it that has been a must for festivals. Fringe has also been super popular all year round and my tan fringe kimono was perfect to put on over this floral shirt. Next I decided on my gold sandals and minimal jewelry. Except for this studded mint bracelet I have matched my shirt so what the heck! 

Overall I think this is something perfect to wear for the summer heat and hipster enough for everyone but not pushing it.

The Fourth Outfit Idea

Hey all!

 I thought I would put out an idea for a 4th of July outfit since it is right around the corner. I wanted something bright and friendly because most likely I am wearing it to work. I love how fun this outfit is and fashionable for a 4th outfit. Much better than my last years in my own opinion. Next week closer to Independence Day I will post another outfit. And that one will be more festival, and a little "hipster" feel to it. You'll understand when you see it! 

Also if you are following my Instagram you will know I did get a small tattoo on my wrist and I love it. The place I went to was very clean and friendly. My guy was very nice and answered all my questions. If you are thinking of getting a tattoo make sure you find a place that is clean and has good people that know what their doing. Look up a artist on Facebook or Twitter or Instagram. Also if you don't like pain and sitting still for 30 min-a couple hours then I don't recommend. Mine took about 30 minutes or less and just sitting still for that long made my arm shake. But otherwise I love it! It says James 1:17 meaning "Every good and precious gift is from above."

Kimono's & Lace Dress

Hey all!

I promised I would blog more than just casual stuff!!! Yes I know finally. I hope you guys like this outfit because I am trying to find more outfits to wear this necklace with. It is a green and then minty green color so... 2 colors I don't normally wear. But no worries because I love a challenge. I am so excited though for a fun post soon featuring Wet Seal's plus line that they have had and I have just failed to really get items from them. But none the less I have ordered a few items from them and am exited to try them out. 

On a side note I have learned to really appreciate a store and how much people really do to keep it clean and nice for shoppers. I now understand how annoying it is when you work really hard on a section and then 2 minutes later little kids came over and wrecked the underwear. Patience... This has officially become my motto during work.
